Bathrooms with sink, lavatory, tub and shower or tub/shower combination. Ceilings up to 9’ high. Wall painting only. All loose items such as rugs, decorations, toiletries must be removed from the bathroom or put in cabinetry. Countertops, showers, bathtubs, and toilets must be clear of all items. All painting preparation included. Outlet cover and vent removal/reinstallation included. All minor drywall repairs are included up to a quarter in diameter. If larger repairs are needed, please select the Drywall Repair Option to be included with the selected project type. For ceilings greater than 9’ high or for vaulted/tray ceilings select the High/Vaulted Ceilings Option to be included with the project. For rooms with 1 accent wall select the Accent Wall option to be included with the project.

What to Expect:
Once your project is booked online you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your project along with your Express Service Project Manager’s information. On the project date we will arrive between 8:00 – 8:30 a.m. with all the materials necessary to finish your project. After a short walk-through to confirm the project details we will begin the project completing the Express Services Checklist. Once complete they will do a final walk-through to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Available Options
$99 - Drywall Repair
Additional drywall hole repairs from 1” up to 6” in diameter. Up to two repairs included.
With express services all minor drywall repairs are included up to a quarter in diameter. This includes nail holes, dents, dings, scratches, as well as holes from blinds, curtains, and wall anchors. For rooms with drywall damage, from 1 inch to 6 inches in diameter including holes and, or cracks, please select the Drywall Repair option.
$99 - High or Vaulted Ceilings
Addition for any selected project that has ceilings from 10’ to 12’ high or have vaulted or tray ceilings.
With express services all walls with a ceiling height of 9 feet and under are included. For projects with a ceiling height greater than 9 feet up to 12 feet, or have recessed or tray ceilings, please select the High or Vaulted Ceiling option.
$149 - Accent Wall
Added selection to include one accent wall from one corner to another in any selected project.
With express services you have the option to add one accent wall to any of our services. For projects where an accent wall is desired, please select our Accent Wall option. Once the project booking is complete, our team with contact you with in 48 hours to discuss the additional color and paint options for your selection.
