I originally bought a groupon for 8 hours of painting.  I worked with Katie as I wanted a decorative finish to my entry way.  As we worked together, I brought up the fact that last winter a crack had formed in our dining room and assumed it was due to extreme cold weather, but wanted it fixed.  She took measurements and quoted me a price for the decorative finish, repairs and fresh paint for my dining room, living room and connecting hallways.

Steve arrived for the 8 hr service and honestly said there was still glue left on the walls after we removed the wallpaper and recommended a product that would make the paint adhere properly.  He also noted “buckling” on some seams that we had noticed. When he chipped away, he discovered about every third hole on the strip was filled (every hole should be) and thus paint was chipping and you could see irregularities.  He filled in all the strip holes and patched several areas.  Knowing I have allergies, he took special care to keep dust at a minimum.

Steve and Mike returned for two days of painting and special effects in the entry.  They did a FANTASTIC job and were so professional, polite and efficient!  I LOVE the job they did.  They were punctual (even in the 2-29 snow storm!!!)  They did a full clean up and offered to move our furniture back.  I had no hesitation leaving the front door open for them to come in when we weren’t home.  They even embraced our chihuahua!!!  And she is finicky and reserved, but loved them!

I cannot speak highly enough from day one to completion day!!  Thank you Painterati!!  I will certainly pass your name along to friends and colleagues!

A crew from Painterati was here today and refinished some of our windows. I want you to know that they were the most courteous and professional crew I have ever worked with. They were in constant communication regarding the appointment and were punctual. They explained what they would be doing, removed their shoes when they came into the house, worked in unison on the project, had me inspect everything when they were done, and left the work site spotless. The windows look better than new.

Painting/glazing them was the best possible solution for the condition they were in.
